We want you to love your order.

Damaged or defective items: reported within 7 days of delivery are replaced free — just send a photo on WhatsApp.

Personalised and custom-designed items (name magnets, polaroids, studio designs) are made to order and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

Refunds for eligible items are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
